Yanga: Tunakata rufaa FIFA

Uongozi wa klabu ya Yanga umesema utapinga maamuzi ya kamati ya Sheria na Hadhi ya Wachezaji kuhusiana na maamuzi yake ya kumtangaza mchezaji wake, Emmanuel Okwi kuwa huru.

Mwenyekiti wa Kamati ya Sheria ya Yanga, Sam Mapande amesema kuwa hawajaridhishwa na maamuzi hayo ambayo yanakinzana na sataka zima la mchezaji huyo.

Mapande alisema kuwa kamati ya TFF imeamua sakata la Okwi kinyume na malalamiko yao kwani hakukuwa na lalamiko la mchezaji huyo wa Uganda kuhusiana na malipo ya fedha zake za usajili.

Alisema kuwa cha kushangaza, kamati hiyo ya TFF iliamua kusikiliza kesi ambayo haikuwa mbele yao na kutoa maamuzi ambayo hata wao wameshangazwa nayo.

“Kwanza kesi yenyewe ilikuwa haijamalizika, walituambia tuwasilishe vielelezo kuhusiana na kitendo cha mchezaji huyo kufanya mazungumzo na klabu ya Misri, lakini cha kushangaza maamuzi yametolewa, hili limetushangaza sana,” alisema Mapande.

Alisema kuwa mazingira yalikuwa yameandaliwa kuibeba Simba na Okwi kwani hata malalamiko yao kwa Simba hayakusikilizwa. “Malalamiko yetu yalikuwa wazi kabisa, yapo kimaandishi, hatukuwai kulalamikiwa, suala la fedha za usajili la Okwi limetoka wapi, kama lilikuwepo, mbona hatujajulishwa kimaandishi kama utaratibu ulivyo,” alisema.

Alisema kuwa Kamati hiyo kumruhusu mmoja wa wajumbe wa kamati hiyo Zacharia Hans Pope ambaye pia ni mwenyekiti wakamati ya usajili ya Simba kuwemo katika kikao hicho kinyume na taratibu za Fifa kupitia kifungu namba 19 kinachoeleza mgongano wa kimaslahi.
